SiMa.ai

Young-Hun Kluge is Senior Vice President of Global Automotive Business Development at SiMa.ai, where he focuses on bringing AI compute platforms into automotive applications such as ADAS, infotainment, and software-defined vehicles. He works with OEMs, Tier-1 suppliers, and semiconductor partners on system-level requirements, scalability, and energy efficiency for next-generation vehicle compute architectures.
He has more than 30 years of international experience in the semiconductor industry, with leadership roles in European, Asian, and US companies across business development and sales & marketing. His work has focused on translating semiconductor technology into automotive products and building the ecosystem needed to get from silicon to series production.
Before SiMa.ai, he was Senior Vice President, Business Development & Sales EMEA at BOS Semiconductors in Korea, where he worked on AI SoCs and chiplet-based architectures for automotive compute. He engaged with OEMs, Tier-1s, and partners on how chiplet-based systems could be structured for ADAS and infotainment use cases, including integration and scaling concepts.
Earlier, as Vice President of Sales at Dream Chip Technologies, he helped build and grow the automotive business with OEMs and Tier-1 suppliers. His current focus is on chiplet architectures in automotive, what is realistically needed to make them work in series production, and how the ecosystem and business models need to evolve to support them.
