Career
Joachim Langenwalter studied aeronautical engineering in Munich. After that he worked in the Electronic Design Automation industry at Synopsys, Mentor Graphics and Mathworks for 20 years. He covered development and deployment of EE architecture, Harness, ECU, SoC, operating system and full application development for the automotive industry. Then he joint in 2015 NVIDIA as Director Automotive being responsible for all the Software deliveries to the automotive OEMs and Supplier in Cockpit and Autonomous driving. From there he went to Stellantis running all engineering as SVP for hardware and software for the new SW entity covering EE architecture, ECU, user experience, autonomous driving, cockpit, connectivity, connected services for 14 car brands. He built the whole worldwide organization from scratch and the partnerships with Qualcomm, Amazon, Foxconn and Vector among several others. After that in he joint an Israel AI Startup as SVP Autonomous Driving Autobrains Ltd. and founded TMT CoPilots as an Executive Advisor. I published over 100 international papers, keynotes, panel, posts and interviews ranking in the top 3 speeches at AEK, ELIV, ASS, SAE etc. conferences.
