Mr. Ivo Muth is Executive Vice President of Audi China R&D, bringing more than 25 years of experience within the Volkswagen Group, including senior leadership roles at Audi, Lamborghini, FAW-VW, and Bentley. With over a decade of international experience across China, the United Kingdom, Italy, and Germany, he has built a strong track record in driving global collaboration and technology transformation.

He holds a Master of Science in Signal Processing and Control and has led several key strategic functions throughout his career. At Audi AG, he served as Director of Electrics/Electronics Production, Vice President UX/UI, and Chief Operating Officer for Electrics/Electronics, where he played a central role in advancing vehicle architectures, digital user experiences, and production transformation.

At Bentley Motors, he led Smart Cabin & Connectivity, High-Voltage Systems, Lighting, and Electrical engineering, supporting the brand’s electrification and digitalization roadmap.

In his current role at Audi China, he drives advanced research and development initiatives, focusing on innovation, next-generation vehicle technologies, and strengthening localized engineering capabilities. He is passionate about technological innovation, organizational transformation, and developing high-performing teams.
