Glen DeVos is a seasoned global technology executive with more than four decades of leadership in automotive, mobility, and advanced electronics innovation. He currently leads MicroVision as Chief Executive Officer, after previously serving as the company’s Chief Technology Officer. In his current role, Glen is driving MicroVision’s evolution from advanced R&D to scaled product commercialization, sharpening its strategic focus on autonomy, perception systems, and intelligent mobility solutions.
Prior to joining MicroVision, Glen spent more than 30 years at Aptiv and its predecessor Delphi, where he held a series of increasingly senior global leadership roles. As Senior Vice President and Chief Technology Officer and President of multiple business units, including Advanced Safety & User Experience and Mobility & Services, he led large-scale, multi-billion-dollar portfolios spanning autonomous driving, software-defined vehicle architecture, connectivity, cloud platforms, and smart city technologies.
Throughout his tenure, Glen was responsible for global engineering organizations, full P&L ownership, corporate development, restructuring initiatives, investor relations, and board engagement. He played a pivotal role in shaping Aptiv’s technology strategy, accelerating software capabilities, expanding global engineering footprints, and advancing next-generation vehicle electronics and safety systems.
Glen is a graduate of the University of Michigan with a BS in Mechanical Engineering and Ball State University - Miller College of Business with an MBA.
