Dominik Wee is the Corporate Vice President (CVP) Forward-Deployed Engineering at Microsoft. 
Forward-Deployed Engineering supports Microsoft’s strategic customers and partners in co-innovating and co-engineering. In this role, Dominik leads global teams of highly capable software engineers, data scientists, designers and program managers, focused on creating lasting business impact from Microsoft’s cloud and AI technology stack. Prior to his current role, Dominik was the CVP for Manufacturing and Mobility.

Before joining Microsoft, Dominik was the Managing Director for Global Automotive, Manufacturing, and Energy at Google Cloud. He also spent 15 years at McKinsey & Company, helping large organizations in the automotive, industrial, telco, and consumer verticals with their digital transformations.

Dominik holds a master’s degree in computer science from the University of Cambridge and lives in Munich with his family.
