Aish Dubey

Aish Dubey is Vice President and Head of the SoC Division at Renesas Electronics, guiding global strategy, product definition, and execution for the R‑Car family across ADAS, cockpit, gateway, and next‑generation SDV compute platforms. He leads cross‑functional engineering, business development, and customer engagement for high‑performance automotive SoCs adopted by major OEMs and Tier‑1 suppliers.

Before joining Renesas, Aish held senior leadership roles at Texas Instruments, including General Manager of the Jacinto Processors Business and Director of Engineering for automotive SoC and ADAS architecture. His work spanned radar, perception, safety systems, and large‑scale embedded compute platforms deployed worldwide.

At Renesas, he has driven key advances in SDV development through the R‑Car Open Access (RoX) platform and expanded the ADAS portfolio with the high‑efficiency R‑Car V4H/V4M families. His leadership accelerates AI‑driven perception, scalable compute architectures including chiplets, and software‑first workflows central to future automotive systems.

Aish is a frequent industry contributor on autonomous driving, SDV compute, and AI acceleration, with published work spanning 3D perception, safety software, sensing fusion, and system architecture. He holds a Master’s degree in VLSI Design from the Indian Institute of Technology and collaborates globally from Dallas, Texas.
