In 2016, Yong Han joined Geely Auto Group, taking charge of the development of Geely's EEA. Responsible for business areas including vehicle network communication, diagnostic design, functional safety, Cyber Security, power mode management, and functional system design. With 16 years of experience in EEA, lead the creation of China's first forward-designed EEA—GEEA 2.0. It is also China's first architecture platform with a full-process functional safety design, certified by international organizations. GEEA 2.0 has been implemented in over 40 vehicle models and was 5/20/2025awarded the Scientific and Technological Progress Prize by the China Society of Automotive Engineers.

In 2023, amid intensifying global automotive market competition, led the team develop Geely's fully self-developed SOA regional integrated architecture—GEEA 3.0. GEEA 3.0 achieves comprehensive intelligent upgrades. It has been deployed in multiple brands, including Geely, Lotus, Volvo, Renault, and smart.
