Nino Romano is a seasoned automotive executive with deep expertise in technology, operations, and R&D. As AUMOVIO CTO since February 2025, he leads innovation globally and drives operational excellence across the organization.

He launched his career in 1993 as a Project Manager for ESC introduction and advanced through senior leadership roles spanning Chassis & Systems, customer center management for major OEMs, and Head of R&D for Electronic Brake Systems from 2011 to 2020. From 2020 to 2024, he led Automotive Quality, followed by Quality & Operations through early 2025.

Throughout his career, NR has consistently advanced cutting-edge technologies, safety systems, and strategic transformation in the automotive industry.
