EVENT GUIDE - Automobil-Elektronik Kongress 2026
This guide provides exhibitors and sponsors with everything they need to know at a glance: setup and dismantling times, technical requirements and key contacts on site.
Our goal is to ensure smooth planning and a successful presence at the event. Please read through all sections carefully – and don’t hesitate to reach out if you have any questions.
Registration
You can register the tickets included in your package via the button. The sponsor and exhibitor ticket will be automatically activated there.
In addition to your contingent of free tickets, you will receive a discount on all additional tickets. This gives you the opportunity to register additional tickets either for yourself or for your customers at a discount. The amount of discount you receive depends on the sponsorship tier, you have received the discount code via the initial infomail.
To help us with our planning, I would kindly ask you to register by May 29.
Please do not book more than the agreed quantity of tickets. All tickets that exceed your contingent will be invoiced as normal.

Set up:
Monday, June 15
3:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.
Dismantling:
Wednesday, June 17
3:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m.
The dismantling of booths must be completed on June 17, 2026. Please ensure that nothing is left behind in the respective booth space.
Extensions of the dismantling time requires the Organizer’s consent.
Delivery and logistics
Due to limited storage possibilities, parcels or similar items may not be delivered to the Forum am Schlosspark prior to June 15, 2026.
The delivered goods must be clearly labelled:
Event name and date (AEK 2026/ 16.06.2026)
Company name/ Booth number

We recommend the following for delivery or pickup
• for small exhibits, delivery via the main entrance (ground floor) and elevator to the top floor
• for large exhibits, delivery via the ramp access Stuttgarter Strasse (near main entrance Forum am Schlosspark)
