Ray Cornyn is Senior Vice President and General Manager for Automotive Processors at NXP, leading one of the longest lasting and most successful MPU/MCU portfolios in the Industry.

Ray has a comprehensive background in both engineering and business roles. Originally joining Motorola Semiconductors in the United Kingdom, Ray worked as a Field Applications Engineer on microcontroller and microprocessor products before moving into business roles supporting the first 32 Bit MCU product lines in Automotive.

Now based in Austin, Ray is responsible for management of some of NXP’s newest Automotive products, specifically focusing on the drive for higher functionality, safety, and quality for today’s complex automotive systems.
