Joined Neusoft in 1995, Dr. Angela Wang has been serving as Senior Vice President since May 2011, Secretary of the Board of Directors since December 2011, Chief Investment Officer since April 2021 and President of Neusoft Europe since January 2024. She is now in charge of mergers and acquisitions, strategic cooperation, corporate governance, branding and marketing, as well as international business.

Angela also serves as a member of the Review Committee of Shanghai Stock Exchange and the Expert Committee of Sci-Tech Innovation Board of Shanghai Stock Exchange.

Angela has been awarded the honors of “Leader of China’s Software and Information Service Industry”, “Most Innovative Secretary of the Board”, “Secretary of the Board of Information Disclosure Companies”, and “Best Leader of China Excellence IR” and named on the list of “Forbes China 50 Top Women in Tech 2020”.

Angela received her doctorate degree in computer applications from Northeastern University, China.
